Test method and subject : study population, use of ultrasonic wave massage machine, clinical photography, acquisition of skin replica, computerized image analysis of skin wrinkle replica, evaluation of whitening effects, evaluation of body fat reduction effects, clinical evaluation of side effects of ultrasonic wave massage statistical analysis, etc.

In comparison with the pre-tested subjects after 4 and 12 weeks, there was a significant bleaching effect. In order to evaluate the whitening effect objectively apart from the dark spots on the face, we included the precipitation of coloring elements into the belly section of the human body by 150 mJ contents of the ultra-violet B and after a week conducted the body massage by ultrasonic wave with the Body Mode 20 minutes one time per day. By using the color meter we measured the effect for 8 weeks following its application. 4 and 8 weeks of side-effects of the ultrasonic wave massager, we noticed that there   was the lessening effect of the body fat. 4 and 8 weeks after application of the massager on the body weight and the upper part of the leg, we measured the values by comparing with the pre-tested. The evaluation of side-effects of the ultrasonic wave massage by the dermatologists shows that there was no allergic effect whatever.

In comparison with the pre-tested subjects after the elapse of 4 and 12 weeks following the treatment by the ultrasonic wave massager of BBSCARE, a significant change of improvement in wrinkles. This result came out with the application of the computer analysis of the capillary of the skin wrinkle (Comparisons are made between the pre-tested and post-tested in appearances by enlarging the images up to 15cm or 25cm angles of the distance between the capillary and the source of light).

CONCLUSIONS de l'étude :

- Effet anti-rides significatif après 12 semaines d'utilisation.

- Effet significatif de blanchissement de la peau après 12 semaines d'utilisation.

- Effet significatif de blanchissement de la peau après 12 semaines d'utilisation.

- Effet sur la réduction des graisses après 4 semaines d'utilisation.

- Aucun symptôme allergique n'a été observé par les dermatologues.

Notion de sécurité des utilisateurs : La puissance des ultrasons utilisés (mW/cm2) est parfaitement encadrée et maîtrisée. Les intensités que nous avons retenues sont telles qu'elles excluent tout effet indésirable et toute contre-indication. L'utilisateur doit cependant toujours rester en mouvement et ne jamais rester immobile sur la même zone d'exposition comme cela est rappelé à la fois sur le manuel utilisateur et sur la machine. Ainsi nous pouvons garantir à nos clients que la fréquence de sortie de l'Ultrasonic Massager est de 1 Mhz. De même les puissances de sortie (intensité) pour le visage et pour le corps sont constantes et respectes des normes de sécurité très strictes.
